How Black Palms Ink handles the information you send us.
Summary
What we collect. When you submit the quote form, we receive the details you enter: name, email, and optionally phone, company, customer type, service, garment, quantity, deadline, project details and the names of any artwork files you list. Artwork files themselves are not uploaded through the form; you send them by replying to our email.
How it's sent. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox (sales@blackpalmsink.com) through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service.
How we use it. Only to respond to your request, prepare quotes and mockups, and fulfill your order. We don't sell your information.
Third-party services. Fonts are hosted on this site; no tracking or advertising scripts are used. Links to social profiles take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
Your choices. To ask about, correct or delete information you've sent us, email sales@blackpalmsink.com.
