Can you print one shirt?
Yes — DTF printing has no minimum, so you can order a single shirt or a sample before a bigger run.
Do I have to commit before I see a proof?
No. Every job gets a free digital mockup on your chosen product, and there's no commitment until you approve it.
How do I get pricing?
Send a quote request with the garment, quantity, print locations and deadline. We reply within one business day with pricing and a mockup.
Turnaround & delivery
How long does screen printing take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after you approve your mockup. The same standard applies to embroidery and DTF orders.
Do you offer rush printing?
Rush is available on request depending on the job and our schedule. Tell us your in-hand date when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's possible before you commit.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Orders can be picked up locally in Sacramento, and we also offer local delivery around Sacramento.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship nationwide.
Artwork & design
What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. We also accept PSD, PNG and JPG.
Can you help fix my artwork?
Yes. Our design studio can rebuild low-resolution art, clean up logos, lay out rosters and prep files for print.
Can you store my design for reorders?
Yes. We keep your screens and files on record so reorders are fast and match the first run.
